Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a skilled professional who can lead end-to-end SAP technical activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Co-lead SAP technical cutover activities, guiding the project team through the localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in RISE private cloud on MS Azure.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring technical landscape readiness and compliance with regional requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders, to complete technical activities in accordance with project goals and milestones.
As a Technical Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for managing and documenting traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members, adhering to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with prior projects that have successfully cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
