Key responsabilities:
* Attract, map, build pipelines and hire high-quality talent. Support functions, focusing on operational, technical and leadership roles.
* Proactively engage in headhunting and direct sourcing to identify active and passive candidates across different channels.
* Build and maintain external pipelines to ensure a diverse and agile talent pool for future business needs.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand talent gaps and design forward-looking hiring strategies.
* Navigate complex stakeholder environments, collaborating across departments and geographies.
* Advocate for the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, ensuring timely, respectful and informative communication.
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives on different platforms and local events, aligned with regional and global strategies.
* Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data and feedback to enhance recruitment processes.
* Coordinate and support hiring activities even when managers are based internationally, ensuring strong local alignment.
* Be available for occasional travel to other terminals to support recruitment initiatives or collaborate with Hiring Managers.
Must have:
* Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition, especially in operational roles;
* Advanced English;
* Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting
Nice to have:
* Knowledge in Workday.
* Backgoround in supply chain or terminal operations
Soft Skills:
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and provide consultative guidance
* Comfort working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple roles simultaneously with independence
* Resilience and adaptability to work in a hybrid model, with remote supervision and on-site business partners.
