This role is responsible for consolidating the company´s presence in the country while maintaining full alignment with regional and global priorities.The following are some of the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:Manage the overall operations of the entity in Brazil, including commercial, administrative, legal and support functions.Ensure the proper implementation of the organizational structure and drive efficiency across local teams.Oversee financial performance, growth, and profitability targets in the Brazilian market.Represent the company with key clients, regulators, industry associations and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with local regulations (tax, labor, regulatory)Coordinate with regional and global teams to align strategies and business priorities.Develop and retain local talent, ensuring succession planning and a high-performance culture.Identify risk and opportunities in the Brazilian market to anticipate needs and accelerate growth.EXPERIENCEMinimum of 8-10 years of leadership experience within multinational companies in technology, financial services or related industries.Proven track record managing P&L and leading operations in Brazil.Deep knowledge of the Brazilian regulatory framework and business environment.EDUCATIONBachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or related field.MBA or equivalent postgraduate studies in Business, Management of Finance strongly preferred.Executive education programs in leadership, corporate governance or international business are an advantage.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGENative Portuguese and fluent English (Spanish is a plus).Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments.Ability to represent the company at any institutional and public affairs level.OTHER INFORMATIONAvailability to travel across Brazil and occasionally within LATAM or Spain
