The ideal candidate must have solid experience in B2B sales, relationship management with mid-sized companies, and deep knowledge of the digital advertising market.
Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new clients in the Mid-Market segment, focusing on direct advertisers and agencies.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.Identify client needs and propose strategic digital media solutions aligned with their marketing goals.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure high-impact deliverables for clients.Analyze market trends and competition, identifying new growth opportunities.Participate in industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings to strengthen the company's market positioning. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales of digital media, working with direct advertisers and advertising agencies.Hunter profile, with strong expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and contract closing.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in digital media.Solid knowledge of digital media, programmatic advertising, branded content, and online advertising.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Experience managing mid-sized companies and multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM tools (Pipedrive, RD Station) and data analysis for optimizing sales performance. Fluent Spanish; English is a plus.
