We are seeking a skilled developer to design, develop and deliver scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
* Develop robust solutions that effectively solve business problems with expertise in software development.
* Collaborate with the team in coding, brainstorming, and scoping sessions while utilizing knowledge of Ruby on Rails for scalable architecture.
Job Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in software development.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack).
* Strong expertise with Postgres and Redis.
* Deep experience in web application development: design, architecture, configuration, performance optimization, integration, and analytics.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience with Agile development practices.
Bonus Points
* Comfort with front-end development using JavaScript, Stimulus, View Components, and SCSS.
* Experience building applications with StimulusReflex and Hotwire.
* Prior experience working on internationally distributed teams.
