In this role, you'll contribute to improving service delivery and resolving challenges related to equipment ordering and logistics management across multiple regions. You'll be part of an open, supportive culture that values collaboration, proactivity, and innovation.What you will doHandle transactional activities such as creating Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRs), and supporting invoice processingCoordinate with suppliers and internal units to arrange timely delivery of services and IT equipmentSupport regional logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient order handlingContribute to continuous improvement efforts in our logistics and order management processesAdapt quickly to internal systems and workflows including SAP and ARIBAProvide administrative support with high attention to detail and structured documentationWhat you will bringSolid experience or education in IS/IT, with strong administrative and coordination skillsProficiency in English and in using Microsoft Office 365 toolsWorking knowledge of SAP and ARIBA systemsA structured, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyA mindset that enjoys tackling logistical challenges, transactional accuracy, and vendor coordinationWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
