GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:Under general supervision, performs the following activities:• Support the management of the area's suppliers;• Management of maintenance calls;• Tracking of building maintenance and electrical equipment (SE, Generator, Air Conditioning, and UPS);• Tracking of budgets;• Negotiation with suppliers;• Development of technical scope of works and services;• Analysis of occurrences and requests for the sector;• Development of CAPEX and CLEAR.Minimum Requirements:Minimum education:• Technical Degree in Electrical or Building Engineering;• Knowledge of AUTOCAD;• Experience in maintenance and facilities management;• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint;• Intermediate English proficiency;• Intermediate skills in MS Project.Minimum Experience:• 3-5 years of related experience;• Experience in presentation and negotiation with internal and external clients;• Experience in project development;• Experience in building and equipment maintenance management;• Experience in executing works;• Experience in developing budgets and construction schedules.Minimum Required Skills:• Technical knowledge in maintenance of electrical equipment (SE, Generator, Air Conditioning, and UPS);• Attention to detail, planning and organizing skills, problem-solving skills, team collaboration skills.
