Non‑Negotiables & Must‑Haves Deal‑Makers (You Need ALL of These)

PS - A Personal Note from Braden Ricchini, Founder This job isn't glamorous. You won't be building YouTube strategies or closing clients. You'll be qualifying leads, updating spreadsheets, and managing databases. But here's what matters : none of the exciting stuff happens without you. Every client onboarding, every lead that converts, and every efficient day is built from the work behind the scenes.
If you're the kind of person who takes pride in that, who understands that unglamorous work is actually the most important work, then we should definitely connect.
We're small, we're scaling fast, and you'll have a front‑row seat to how a real business operates. No fluff, no fake promises. This is an opportunity to build operational systems that actually matter.
The question is, do you have what it takes?
If so, apply above.
