We are looking for our next Training Operations Coordinator.
* Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions required to train overall numbers of trainees according to courses and per site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where necessary.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
This role supports customers in Frankfurt and works closely with learning delivery teams.
You will report to the Training Operations Manager and master all activities within the service.
