This includes supporting plant operations, troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading projects to upgrade or install new equipment.AccountabilitiesDesign, develop, and implement electrical systems in manufacturing environments;Troubleshoot and resolve electrical equipment and system failures;Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve reliability and efficiency;Manage projects related to electrical upgrades, new installations, and process improvements;Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and company policies;Develop and maintain technical documentation and drawings;Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and cost estimates for electrical projects;Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for equipment failures;Based in Belford Roxo with availability to travel 20% of the time to Paulinia Plant.Education / SkillsCommunication skill;Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (motors, controls, PLCs, etc.);Experience with power distribution, instrumentation, and automation systems;Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects;Knowledge on with hazardous area classification NR 10, NBR 14136 and NBR 54Advance level English (desired)Preferred SkillExperience with hazardous area classification and electrical codes (NEC, NFPA, etc.);Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation;Project management experience;5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in chemical or manufacturing environments.While headquartered in the United States, Lubrizol is truly a global specialty chemical company.
