About the Role:
Our ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and strong technical depth across Microsoft cloud services to support a wide range of M365-related projects and operational needs. The candidate will be responsible for administering and supporting Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, and hybrid configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune environments.
* Use PowerShell extensively for automation and administrative tasks (EXO, MSOnline, AzureAD, Graph).
* Implement and maintain Azure AD configurations, including Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA policies.
* Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for Windows Server, DNS, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
* Lead or support Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant transitions and hybrid scenarios.
Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, especially in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. Additionally, they should have advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration, as well as a strong command of Azure Active Directory, including identity management and security policies.
* Familiarity with managing Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy is also essential.
* Able to assess existing environments and provide actionable recommendations for optimization or migration.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and other M365 security tools.
* Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments is a plus.
