Senior Project Manager
Main Objectives:
* Oversee IT project management with 8+ years of experience in Agile Scrum environments.
* Promote collaboration among Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Drive business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope.
* Foster strong leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Consulting background or consultative mindset.
* PMP certification and CSM.
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies.
