About the Position
As a SAP Data Assurance Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of SAP data conversion and loading. You will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Responsibilities include coordinating and managing data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects, and overseeing data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams.
You will provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members, ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
This role requires 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management position.
A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points is essential.
Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti is necessary.
