Business Analyst for Growth Operations
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support our Central Operations team in administrative tasks and growth onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support US Operations Cities on growth deliverables and efficiencies by analyzing data and creating detailed reports for leadership teams.
* Implement automation for ways of working regarding growth and portfolio changes to streamline operations and improve timeliness.
* Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with operational team members and leaders to drive change.
* Perform audits and improve data metrics for guests and internal teams, ensuring accurate and reliable information.
Addtional Tasks:
* Complete utility and telecommunication setups for new units, as well as canceling accounts for move-outs.
* Schedule furnishing and onboarding tasks, including tracking disposal and data related to move-outs.
Requirements:
* Top-tier university degree from a reputable institution.
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on business analysis or operations management.
* Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
* Self-starter with high attention to detail, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Entrepreneurial drive and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
