About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Open Banking SaaS solution, providing expert knowledge on Open Banking workflows and mentoring support teams. Key responsibilities include management reporting and governance with clients, participating in application support, and collaborating with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth operation of the platform.
Mandatory Skills:
To excel in this role, applicants must possess 7+ years of experience supporting production environments for financial services institutions and 2+ years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments. They should have working experience in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing and consent workflows, as well as previous experience leading a support team. Additionally, candidates should have experience successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications and working experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release, and incident management.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Candidates with Open Banking experience and French language proficiency (B2 or above) are highly desirable.
