About the opportunity: Location: LATAM / Brazil (PST overlap) Interview Process: 2 rounds Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimize critical internal platforms already developed. Partner with developers and cross-functional teams to address performance, observability, and workflow needs. Improve platform scalability, reliability, and monitoring capabilities. Lead role: provide technical leadership, set direction, and support engineers within the team. Core Skills: Observability: Grafana Infrastructure as Code: Terraform Workflow orchestration: Temporal Programming: Must-have: Java, Scala / Nice-to-have: Golang (at least willingness to learn is a must) Additional Nice-to-Haves: Kafka ElasticSearch Candidate Profile Strong platform expertise (not application devs).
