Electrical BIM Team Lead
As a Senior Electrical BIM Team Lead, you will oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of electrical building information modeling (BIM) across all project stages.
* You will be responsible for leading the Electrical BIM team by providing technical support, quality checks, and mentorship.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables.
* Conduct regular model audits, data checks, and quality control reviews to identify areas for improvement.
The responsibilities of this role include:
1. Preparing and delivering BIM-related documentation, such as guides, procedures, and reports.
2. Supporting the integration of BIM with other digital tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
3. Identifying process gaps and proposing improvements to optimize team performance.
Requirements for this position include:
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical BIM modeling.
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong understanding of electrical systems, including design principles and safety protocols.
* Strong experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination to ensure accurate and reliable models.
