Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing one or more aspects of food delivery operations, including: rider dispatch and scheduling strategy planning, rider pricing, supply and demand management, experience control, and the design and optimization of related strategies.
Research local market demands, gain insights into market capacity management and corresponding strategies, and develop competitive capacity models and related strategies.
Understand merchant needs, innovate delivery models based on business flow requirements, and formulate integrated delivery solutions accordingly.
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in strategy operations, having led complex business strategy operations or strategy product teams in O2 O, internet e-commerce, or related industries, with proven successful cases.
Strong team management and communication skills, able to effectively lead and motivate team members and promote collaboration between teams.
Results-oriented, highly self-driven, with strong learning ability and resilience; able to draw experience from different fields and apply it quickly, adapt to market uncertainties, and be willing to innovate and break through.
