Key Account Manager
This is a highly responsible role for an experienced sales professional.
* We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and grow existing customer relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with key customers.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account information.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of sales experience in the food ingredients or food additives industry, preferably with hydrocolloid experience.
* Familiarity with application technology of hydrocolloids and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in office software and other relevant tools.
Working Conditions:
* May require travel to customer sites and industry events.
* Flexible working hours may be required to meet customer needs.
