Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Specialist

Overview:

The Commercial Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by effectively managing existing customer accounts and capitalizing on new business opportunities. This position requires a deep understanding of customer needs, intricate sales projects, the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, and a proven track record of surpassing sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

* Account Management:
o Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
o Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
o Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, fostering strategic partnerships that drive growth and expansion.
o Conduct regular account reviews, providing insightful business analyses and actionable recommendations to customers.
o Collaborate closely with other departments (including pre-sales, product, legal, and marketing) to support customer success and drive business results.
* Sales and Revenue:
o Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets through exceptional sales performance and strategic relationship building.
o Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by delivering outstanding value and service to customers.
o Negotiate and close deals efficiently, leveraging strong negotiation and closing skills to secure lucrative contracts and partnerships.
o Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
o Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices, sharing market intelligence and competitor insights with the sales team to inform and improve sales tactics.


Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven success in a sales role, preferably in the software industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Experience with complex sales cycles, request for proposals, and public tenders, showcasing the ability to navigate intricate sales landscapes.
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments, enabling effective communication and partnership-building with technical stakeholders.
* Experience working with open source software, API management, and IAM technologies, demonstrating expertise in emerging tech areas.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and developing informed solutions.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
* Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English (oral and written), with excellent language skills for global collaboration and customer engagement.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, with relevant education and training in sales, marketing, or a related field.
