Define the execution method considering different solutions for sanitation systems. Interface between technical operation, maintenance, project, administrative, and strategic teams to aid decision-making and fulfill contractual, legal, and operational objectives. Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with projects, technical standards, deadlines, and quality standards, while managing human resources, materials, vehicles, equipment, and tools efficiently.Job DescriptionFunctions and Responsibilities:Plan the execution activities of teams at the construction site according to the executive projects; Consult with relevant areas to clarify technical doubts related to drawings and projects; Supervise and ensure quality in signaling, mobilization, excavation, laying, covering, compaction, re-establishment, finishes, commissioning, testing, and closing records of linear works (collector, interceptor, network, and discharge line) and household connections; Supervise civilconstruction services such as foundation, masonry, mechanical, electrical, architectural, finishes, commissioning, testing, and closing records of specific works (EEs and ETEs); Participate in technical meetings with multidisciplinary teams to gather data for project execution; Develop long, medium, and short-term planning (weekly work schedule – PST); Ensure works are executed within the defined deadlines according to the master work plan; Eliminate risksand constraints to progress by coordinating with other areas; Identify opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs through process optimization; Explore the useof emerging, effective, efficient, and sustainable technologies; Organize, contract, control, and monitor contracts with third-party companies; Plan, supervise, validate, and control work routines; Critically evaluate production results and support strategic decision-making; Perform and validate monthly measurements in accordance with contractual measurement reports (BM); Validate daily service reports (RDS), ensuring consistency with activities, procedures, measurements, physical progress, financials, and contractual balances; Provide information for monthly progress reports; Ensure all 'As Built' information is delivered to the project area; Generate technical status reports and databooks for SANEPAR, ensuring evidence of execution and contractual compliance; Respond to technical information requests from Legal, supporting responses to official communications from SANEPAR, independent auditors, environmental agencies, and government bodies; Update the workprioritization database, including status and delivery milestones, aligned with strategic planning; Schedule all necessary resources for project execution (personnel, materials, vehicles, equipment, tools) according to internal processes; Attend inspections, audits, and technical site visits; Propose continuous improvements to construction processes within the quality management system; Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.Required Skills and CompetenciesPersonal Requirements:Higher Education in Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related fields; Extensive experience in sanitation system projects.Technical Skills:Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Knowledge of construction techniques and processes; Experience in organizing and managing construction sites; Knowledge of safety standards and accident prevention; Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, Revit, and other software; Knowledge of BIM methodology; Hydraulic modeling skills; Proficiency in hydromechanical, civil, and electrical projects; Understanding of geotechnical and structural projects; Knowledge and application of SANEPAR manuals (MPS, MOSEA, MPOIM, MPHS); Familiarity with applicable technical standards (ABNT, ISO); Project management skills using PMBOK methodology; Stay updated ontechnological trends and innovations.Core Competencies:Technical Leadership: Ability to lead teams towards results; Decision-Making: Analyze scenarios for quick, accurate decisions; Effective Communication: Clearly communicate with teams, clients, and suppliers.Behavioral Competencies:Ability to serve and meet the needs of the population (sanitation); Commitment to client SANEPAR excellence; Effective collaboration with colleagues and professionals; Time managementand organization; Problem-solvingskills; Attention to detail and scientific rigor; Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability; Discipline and organization.ACCIONA has received Top Employer certifications in Brazil for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, demonstrating our commitment to HR excellence.
