The ceiling moves with you — there's no cap on what a real closer can earn here.What You'll DoSales (core of the role): Handle inbound leads Run outbound outreach (calls, follow-ups, cold calling) Qualify and close high-ticket services ($1K–$5K+) Own and manage the pipelineDaily Operations: Dispatch service providers and coordinate jobs Collect payment from customers Follow up post-service to make sure customers are satisfied Handle admin tied to the owner's day-to-dayHiring (when needed): Run end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new team membersRequirements Based in Brazil, working remotely Proven sales background with results you can speak to (mandatory) Strong English — C1 or higher Excellent, reliable internet (non-negotiable) Comfortable working across U.S. time zones Able to run full-cycle sales, not just closingOne Thing to Be Clear About This is a performance role for people who want to win.
