Job Description
We are searching for the best talent for IT Lead, Application Maintenance. This challenging opportunity will reside in our Application Maintenance & Services organization. The role will report to the Manager. The IT Lead will be responsible for Service Transition & Maintenance activities for all CBT and Supply Chain domain applications, ensuring the end‑to‑end experience of our customers and the performance of our systems using industry‑leading tools and approaches. The role will focus on improving IT product quality through preventative measures, automation, and collaboration with Technology Product Owners to deliver high‑quality, high‑availability applications.

Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
IT experience supporting enterprise applications and collaborating with key stakeholders in a diverse global environment.
Experience providing IT Service Transition support for the full lifecycle of transition of applications & technologies.
Expertise in ITIL processes (incident management, change, problem, release management) is required.
Knowledge in Scrum, Agile methodology concepts.
May require up to 10% travel – domestic/international.
