About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee our service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-call rotations, incident processes, and skills coverage.
* Schedule and manage on-call rotations to ensure adequate coverage during critical periods.
* Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, environments, and key contacts.
* Analyze performance metrics (MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance) and implement improvements as necessary.
