Overview of the role: We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team and help drive our growth. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities: - Support and assist the Continuous Improvement Manager. - Execute several distinct pre-defined in-house audits. - Analyze, update, and improve pre-defined internal processes for the Continuous Improvement area and other areas of the company. - Define effective procedures from scratch and sign off on those created by others based on predefined criteria. -Train in the area of continuous improvement philosophy, tools and techniques, and continuous improvement practices. Requirements: - Previous experience in Continuous Improvement or similar roles (auditing, process definition, etc). - Previous work on repetitive predefined tasks. - Advanced English level.
