About this Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will define and execute our voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X—growing an engaged U.S. audience through clear, professional, and impactful content.
This is a full-time, remote position ideal for candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Peru, reporting directly to our Marketing Director and closely collaborating with our Community Manager.
* Create a dynamic content calendar that crafts posts, short-form videos, and visual assets aligned with our brand.
* Develop or brief multimedia content ensuring consistent, professional brand messaging.
* Proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions, transforming interactions into positive brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Strategy: Plan and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
* Creative Coordination: Develop multimedia content that showcases our brand's personality and values.
* Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by responding to user-generated content and feedback.
* Growth & Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and adjust our social media strategy to achieve business goals.
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills—clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools and basic multimedia creation/editing.
