Anaplan Senior Model Builder
- Requirements:
- Anaplan modeling or end-to-end implementation experience
- Anaplan Level 3 certified or above
- Anaplan model building experience is a must and having an exposure to other EPM technology for e.g., SAP BPC, SAP SAC, Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics etc. will be an added advantage
- Understanding of the forecasting process and various business functions (Sales, operations, Finance, etc.) Good understanding of Planning Budgeting & Forecasting is a must
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and Analytical problem-solving skills
Project management certifications, agile certifications will be an added advantage, but not necessary
We have an emerging need for someone with an understanding of how a business functions as well as how data and information is best organized to deliver insight. The focus of this position will be to help design, build and manage financial and operations models within Anaplan to provide key business and financial insights to the business stakeholders of customers.
The Anaplan Sr. Model Builder will be a part of a global team that is on a digital transformation mission and is working to integrate different business platforms to create a seamless architecture that will help facilitate intelligent and intuitive financial as well business planning along with generating material business insights.
The individual will be working closely with the Anaplan solution architect and the Anaplan team along with various functional stakeholders. The individual will help translate existing business process into Anaplan.
They should also demonstrate excellent communication and technical skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive complex FP&A projects by leading high performing teams, running senior client meetings and workshops, assessing engagement risks and driving conclusions for our clients
- Work with colleagues or counterparts in client organisations to understand data requirements and associated calculation logic, and translate data and calculation requirements into model designs
- Develop models on Anaplan platforms including prototype builds, product releases, testing and business integration
- Lead development of dashboards, visualisation and analytical solutions
- Drive training, knowledge transfer and support post go-live
- Contribute to an environment that encourages Finance innovation and lead new and improved ways of working, delivery models and / or technological advancements
