About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for defining and executing our social media voice across various platforms, growing an engaged U.S. audience through clear, professional, and impactful content.
This is a full-time, remote position ideal for candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Peru, reporting directly to our Marketing Director and closely collaborating with our Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and maintain a dynamic content calendar—crafting posts, short-form videos, and visual assets aligned with our brand.
* Develop or brief multimedia content (graphics, infographics, videos) ensuring consistent, professional brand messaging.
* Proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions, transforming interactions into positive brand experiences.
* Execute campaigns to drive follower growth and engagement; regularly analyze performance metrics (reach, CTR, follower growth) to optimize content.
* Work closely with Marketing and Community teams to share insights, launch coordinated campaigns, and pilot new platform features or strategies.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills—clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic multimedia creation/editing (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Spark).
* Comfortable analyzing social media data to inform strategy and performance improvements.
