Senior IT Technical Recruiter Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a proven track record of delivering top technical talent.
The Senior IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. They will build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies and partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, and Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. They will also have a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus, as well as proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
