Overview
This is a unique opportunity to educate and elevate consumer experience within the smartphone segment. As the Global Brand Campaign Manager you will be responsible for planning and executing global communication strategies and campaigns for brand image building and sustainment. You will own the development of integrated campaigns guided by the regional plans, working closely with creative and channel partners from ideation through execution, and partner with Global and Regional teams—Product Marketing, PR and Research—to develop scalable and breakthrough global integrated communication launches.
Key Components Of The Role
Lead the planning and execution of 360° integrated campaigns, driving collaboration with a sizable team of cross-functional stakeholders.
Own integrated communications plans and briefs; manage all aspects of the campaign process from plan to strategy, ideation, execution, and measurement.
Manage creative asset development and delivery with external partners (agencies) and internal creative hub.
Partner with Global Research Insights team to design learning agendas and measurement.
Develop and manage relationships with key country partners, understanding country goals, strategies, insights and opportunities.
Lead cross-functional and global teams to develop and deliver marketing campaigns throughout the activation calendar.
Lead campaign meetings and reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders and global partners.
Manage campaign budget and governance.
Minimum Qualifications | Who We Are Looking For
BA required.
8+ years experience in marketing as Brand Manager, leading branding and ATL campaign planning and executions.
Strong Premium Lifestyle marketing background.
Above-average project management and organizational skills to drive complex agendas with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Strong strategic thinking.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a "Can do" attitude.
Enthusiasm for brand marketing.
Demonstrated educational or professional international experience.
Fluent English is mandatory as this is a global position with constant contact with several cultures.
