What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and implement loyalty strategies and operational rules for client loyalty programs
Collaborate with IT Testing Team to test loyalty programs and promotional offers prior to launch
Monitor loyalty promotions and provide validation results to the CSS Parameter Review Board
Utilize Data Warehouse and First Data resources for reward program reporting
Audit key reward process control points to ensure high-quality operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of IT experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of IT experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the credit card or payments industry
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with First Data systems
Strong demonstration of experience with First Data Fiserv/First Data systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with First Data systems including DMM, IDP, and AFP
Hands-on experience with First Data Rewards systems or other credit card loyalty programs
Proven ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills and quality orientation
