Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Account Manager, where you will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, building long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring that their needs are met.

About the Role

* You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts and ensuring that all tasks are completed timely and efficiently.

* You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to meet their goals.

* You will be responsible for monitoring client milestones, including progress reports and quarterly surveys.

* You will lead retention efforts by providing proposals, negotiating contracts, and pitching upgrades or upsells as needed.

* You will work collaboratively with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and execution.

* You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on client performance and goals.

* You will provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

* You will participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

* You will contribute to the growth and success of our company by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.

Requirements

">
">
* You have at least 3 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central, with a strong understanding of inventory management, FBA process, reinstatements, case filing, Amazon PPC advertising, brand registry troubleshooting, basic Amazon SEO, Helium10, keyword research, and other related skills.
">
* You have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
">
* You have a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
">
* You have a high level of technical proficiency, with experience using tools such as Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp.
">
* You are a self-motivated and independent individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
">
* You have a passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
">
* You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have a quiet workspace with fast internet, webcam, and microphone.
">
* You are willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible attitude and positive outlook.
