Job Description
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting skills, proven experience in content repurposing, and a sharp understanding of content distribution strategy.
They should also have solid marketing operations background, building and managing systems, SOPs, and content workflows.
A highly organized and self-directed individual with excellent attention to detail is required.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end.
Main Responsibilities:
* Listen to internal podcast episodes and extract core insights to develop a multi-format content strategy.
* Write high-converting, engaging copy for all repurposed assets.
* Create and document repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms.
* Build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration.
* Collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives.
* Track performance of content and continuously optimize distribution based on insights.
Requirements:
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms.
* Proven experience in content repurposing, especially turning long-form content into multi-format deliverables.
* Sharp understanding of content distribution strategy, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices.
* Solid marketing operations background; building and managing systems, SOPs, and content workflows.
* Highly organized and self-directed with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
* Experience managing social media calendars and repurposing frameworks.
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Descript, and Metricool or similar.
* A creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends in content marketing and creator-led brands.
