* A technical business analyst will establish a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships, understand their business objectives and expectations, and gain experience in acting as a go-to person for all aspects of services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate client business requirements, effort estimation, and guide clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and learn how to present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
* Maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with documentation and maintenance of client system environments by keeping records of client functionality, environment, and client specific documentation.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance and Project as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
* Execute simple project/development work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Requirements
","
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening and writing.
