Job Description:
As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues through technical troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
Delivering exceptional service to valued customers is at the forefront of this role. You will manage the global support queue and backlog, ensuring timely resolutions to critical support cases.
* Use your expertise in Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector) to analyze web applications.
* Perform API testing and validation using Postman or cURL.
* Conduct diagnostics on IIS and SSL servers to resolve issues on Windows Application Servers.
* Configure and troubleshoot Windows ADFS Servers.
