Overview: As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Your mission includes:
* Recruiting new professionals across various areas of the company, including internships for university students.
* Handling all necessary paperwork and documentation for onboarding and offboarding employees.
* Managing temporary leave processes, such as sickness and maternity leave.
* Tracking career progression and maintaining up-to-date information on employee roles and evaluations.
* Monitor probation periods and notify relevant supervisors.
* Internal meetings with different areas of the company regarding HR needs.
* Update the employee database with any changes.
* Record and report payroll incidents and information for Social Security.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration.
* High proficiency in English Skills (C1)
* Knowledge of business economics and personnel administration is a plus.
* Spanish B2
* Four years of experience in HR field
