About the Role: The Business Analystacts as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team todeliver technology solutions that meet business needs. The roleinvolves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunitiesfor improvement, and translating business requirements intofunctional specifications for IT teams. Key Responsibilities: Actas the link between business units and the IT organization. Analyzebusiness processes to identify opportunities for improvement andautomation. Translate business requirements into functionalspecifications for IT teams. Support business process redesign anddocumentation for new technologies. Facilitate communicationbetween business stakeholders and IT throughout projectimplementation. Participate in multiple projects and occasionallylead project activities. Stay informed on technology trends andrecommend solutions that enhance business performance.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, InformationSystems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalentexperience). Minimum 3 years of relevant technical or businessanalysis experience. Strong analytical, communication, andproblem-solving skills. Ability to align technology solutions withbusiness strategies and manage multiple priorities. Availability totravel to the United States when required. A valid B1/B2 visa orEuropean passport is considered a plus. Compensation: R$12,000monthly
