We are looking for a sharp editor who gets the difference between content that scrolls past and content that converts.Responsibilities:Edit UGC footage into high-performing paid ads (15s, 30s, 60s cuts)Build hook variants and iterate fast based on performance dataHandle formatting across aspect ratios — 9:16, 1:1, 16:9Work from briefs and scripts, then own the cutKeep delivery consistent and on-schedule across multiple brandsMust HaveYou have 2+ years editing performance ads — UGC, app, or DTCYou're comfortable in Capcut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve/After EffectsYou understand pacing, retention, and hook mechanics — not just aestheticsYou can handle feedback cleanly and turn revisions fastYou're remote-ready and communicate proactivelyNice to haveExperience with motion graphics or text animationFamiliarity with mobile app or rewarded app verticalsYou've worked in a high-volume, fast-turnaround production environmentThe setupFully remote — work from whereverAsync-first with overlap on Central European hours preferredContract or full-time depending on fitCompetitive pay based on experience and outputImportant Notice❗We are not considering freelancers or consultants managing multiple projects.
