Job Title: Key Account Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the food ingredients or additives industry. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in English and Chinese (speaking and writing).
In addition to their sales expertise, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of hydrocolloid products and their applications. They will be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve sales goals, leveraging resources and expertise as needed.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and exceptional service.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating contracts that meet or exceed sales targets.
* Analyze customer data to develop targeted marketing strategies, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
