* This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product design, workflow logic, and user experience from day one.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes. They will thrive in ambiguity and iteration, translating abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.

1. Collaborate directly with clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
2. Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
3. Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process — from research through prototyping.
4. Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
5. Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries.
6. Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams.
Requirements:
* Brazil-based (CNPJ required) and advanced/fluent in English.
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
* Strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes.
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Strong ownership mentality.
Bonus Points:
* Having engineering experience developing SaaS applications.
* Having engineering/product leadership experience.
* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps.
* Experience working with healthcare-related platforms.
* Experience working with early-stage startups.
Why This Role Is Unique:
* You're joining at the ground floor — helping shape the core product experience.
* You'll have direct influence over user experience and product decisions.
* Work closely with real users (doctors) to solve meaningful problems in patient care.
* Set the design foundation for future hires and product scale-up.
