Job Responsibilities
* Monitor client messages and respond promptly to ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Act as a bilingual bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategy development.
Team Coordination & Task Management
* Take detailed notes during client meetings and convert them into actionable tasks.
* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure everyone is aware of project status.
* Track client support hours and communicate updates effectively.
* Assist in reviewing client websites for design, performance, and SEO opportunities.
Quality Assurance & Helpdesk
* Review team work before submission to ensure high quality and polish.
* Manage Helpdesk tickets, creating, tracking, and following up on issues.
* Record explanatory videos using Loom to clarify processes or answer frequent questions.
Support & Organization
* Cultivate strong relationships with support teams to resolve any blockers.
* Help plan project timelines and estimate workloads.
* Maintain client assets such as brand files, photos, etc.
Bilingualism in Spanish and English is essential. Familiarity with tools like Shopify, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Klaviyo, Gorgias, and Hotjar is also preferred.
