Lead Data Analyst
In this role, you will spearhead data-driven marketing and personalization efforts, utilizing robust models to inform customer engagement strategies and drive business growth.
* Develop and implement segmentation models that leverage clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering) to identify high-value customer groups within CDP data.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and scale personalized buying group frameworks, enhancing campaign performance and driving revenue growth.
* Integrate advanced analytics and machine learning into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, or similar systems.
* Apply analytical expertise to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data projects from conceptualization through deployment and performance monitoring.
