Compliance Risk Manager
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an efficient and effective Compliance Function. This includes mapping the regulatory framework, horizon scanning for developments, reporting and responding to new or changed regulation or legislation within your remit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a robust Compliance framework of policies and procedures, systems and controls.
* Assess whether policies and procedures, systems and controls fully address regulatory requirements.
* Identify and assess compliance risks taking into account relevant internal and external sources of data as well as changes to risk assessments.
* Create and deliver a comprehensive Compliance Plan annually.
Requirements:
* Essential: Strong regulatory skills and experience in corporate governance.
