The ideal candidate has a Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences and 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles. Strong interpersonal skills, passion for relationship-building, and knowledge of education trends are essential.
* Establish daily outreach initiatives to faculty via calls, emails, and product demonstrations to facilitate integration of educational content.
* Boost adoption rates by conducting product awareness sessions across existing customer universities.
* Cultivate engagement and usage through presentations at events, conferences, seminars, workshops, and site visits.
