About the Role
Salesforce.com seeks experienced sales professionals with a proven track record exceeding quota in technology sales for the public sector. The focus is on driving strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives for the largest companies in Brazil and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business in existing accounts and new markets, and play a key role in driving enterprise-wide CRM initiatives for companies across the region.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts (upper Commercial Segment and Enterprise accounts).
Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
Additional Efforts / Qualifications
7+ Years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, preferably with large enterprises.
Proven track record in a "hunting" position with strong team-selling skills.
Result-oriented performance with a history of exceeding quota.
Excellent relationships with C-Level executives.
Deep experience in solution selling, complex sales cycles, and ability to articulate ROI.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead virtual teams.
Ability to maintain high productivity, manage competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
