Job Title: Scrum Master
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise, can effectively coach cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a culture of psychological safety and accountability through effective coaching and facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define sprint goals that align with business objectives.
* Develop project plans that integrate scope objectives timelines budgets resource allocation strategies for efficient execution.
Skill Requirements:
* A minimum 8 years experience in Agile delivery as well as 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams is required; hands-on experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA)
* Prolific understanding of Scrum Kanban scaling frameworks including SAFe LeSS Nexus or pragmatic multi-team coordination certified by industry leaders such as Jira Confluence CI/CD
