Overview
The GoHigh Level Specialist is responsible for owning, managing, and optimizing the entire backend technology and automation infrastructure for OutfitMD. This role serves as the internal technical authority for CRM systems, workflows, automations, integrations, and platform performance.
This position ensures OutfitMD has full internal control, visibility, and scalability of its systems. The role is highly technical, execution-focused, and critical to the company’s ability to scale efficiently By maintaining strong internal ownership of platform logic and automation, this role enables seamless operations across Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Marketing ensuring systems evolve alongside the business and can reliably support increased volume, complexity, and long-term expansion.
Primary Objectives
Own and manage OutfitMD’s CRM and automation ecosystem
Build, maintain, and optimize GHL workflows and automations
Eliminate dependency on external GHL vendors
Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance
Support Implementation, Client Success, and Sales through reliable systems
Core Responsibilities
CRM & Automation Ownership
Serve as the primary internal expert for GoHighLevel
Build and maintain workflows, automations, triggers, and pipelines
Configure forms, calendars, intake processes, and communication logic
Manage integrations with third-party tools (SMS, email, payment processors, etc.)
Maintain clean data structures, tagging, and segmentation
Implementation & Technical Support
Support Implementation Support Specialists with backend builds
Execute technical setup for new client portals
Troubleshoot automation failures, bugs, and system issues
Test and QA systems before client launch
System Optimization & Scaling
Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and automation gaps
Optimize workflows for speed, accuracy, and scalability
Prepare systems to support increased client volume
Document technical SOPs and system logic
Security, Compliance & Reliability
Ensure systems follow best practices for data handling and access control
Manage user permissions and access levels
Monitor system uptime and automation health
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Marketing
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide leadership with technical insight and recommendations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Automation reliability and uptime

Time to resolve technical issues
Successful internalization of GHL management

Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced experience with GoHighLevel CRM
Advanced English
Strong understanding of automation logic and workflows
Experience with CRM architecture, pipelines, and data structure
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience replacing or auditing third-party CRM vendors
Background in SaaS, automation, or technical operations
Familiarity with HIPAA-aware systems (non-clinical)
