We Are Hiring: Project Manager (Brazil)
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in construction and infrastructure projects to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives within defined scope, budget, and schedule .
This role will be responsible for closely monitoring project performance, managing risks, and ensuring clear and effective communication with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders, in a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the planning, monitoring, and control of construction and engineering integration projects.
Support cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis activities.
Apply project control tools and methodologies to ensure compliance with scope, cost, and schedule objectives.
Act as the project's primary point of contact for cost, schedule, and risk-related matters.
Manage client interaction throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and applicable standards in Brazil .
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal leadership.
Requirements
Professional degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field .
Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects .
Solid knowledge of cost control, change management, scheduling, and risk analysis .
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Microsoft Office .
Advanced English (C1) required: Exceptional B2-level candidates may be considered if supported by strong international project experience and demonstrated ability to lead meetings and prepare technical and executive documentation in English .
