 
        
        Accounting Lead Position
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Lead to oversee and coordinate the company's administrative and financial activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
The successful candidate will guarantee financial stability, operational efficiency, and adequate support for other areas of the organization. Key responsibilities include bank management, third-party management, credit and commercial control, inventory management, fixed assets and leases, payroll management, general accounting, and routine activities.
 * Ensure timely payment processing, cash flow monitoring, and accurate bank reconciliations.
 * Manage customer and supplier master data, request assessments, and monitor customer credit lines.
 * Review orders, request credit line approvals, and manage extensions.
 * Perform monthly inventory closings, participate in physical inventory controls, and record adjustments.
 * Control recorded fixed assets, manage lease agreements, and review depreciation.
 * Calculate commissions, review payroll, and balance health, parafiscal contributions, and social benefits.
 * Provide support for transaction recording, validate exchange rate controls, coordinate closing and opening periods, and manage structures and taxes.
 * Send closing schedules, respond to auditor requests, follow up on internal control, and provide administrative support.
Requirements
 * Graduate degree in Accounting or related field, recognized in Brazil.
 * Desirable postgraduate degree in Finance, Taxation, or International Standards (IFRS).
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in medium or large companies.
 * Proficiency in Brazilian accounting, taxes, and reconciliation procedures.
 * Advanced Excel skills and desirable Odoo usage.
 * Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax and accounting legislation, including CPCs, IFRS, and internal closing procedures.
