Director of Digital Workplace Technology ServicesJoin Wabtec Corporation as a Director of Digital Workplace Technology Services.The Director of Digital Workplace Technology Service plays a pivotal role in empowering organizational success through the innovative use of Microsoft 365 technologies, driving efficiency, and enabling collaboration at scale and ensuring the organization’s endpoints are secure, reliable, and optimized for productivity, enabling a modern and efficient workforce.Responsibilities:Lead the strategic planning and execution of M365 and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and IT goals.Oversee the full lifecycle of M365 services, including deployment, upgrades, integrations, and performance optimization across tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.Manage the design, deployment, and operations of UEM platforms (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE), ensuring secure and efficient device provisioning and compliance.Drive automation and efficiency through scripting, PowerShell, and integration with other IT systems to streamline endpoint and M365 operations.Establish governance frameworks and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce security policies, regulatory compliance, and data protection across M365 and endpoints.Promote user adoption of M365 tools through training programs, self-service resources, and change management strategies, measuring impact and ROI.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and optimize licensing and technology investments to maximize value.Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation in endpoint management and M365 usage, enhancing productivity and collaboration.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Strong experience in IT service delivery, managing M365 and endpoint management or similar enterprise productivity solutions.Strong expertise in the M365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform, Unified Endpoint Management platforms, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Jamf, or VMware Workspace ONEProven track record of delivering enterprise-wide M365 solutions that drive business outcomes.Deep understanding of M365 architecture, licensing models, and security capabilities.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.In-depth understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and their management requirements.Wabtec Corporation is a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services for freight and transit rail as well as the mining, marine, and industrial markets.Wabtec is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, or protected Veteran status.
